Mark Attridge, PhD
Dr. Mark Attridge, President of Attridge Consulting, located in Minneapolis, is a research scholar and business strategy consultant.
Since 2007, his firm has supported over 40 clients in the United States and another 30 clients internationally. His focus is on advancing the science of workplace behavioral health, conducting outcomes research, and developing conceptual models and estimation tools for making the business case (ROI).
Mark has created over 300 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, white papers, brief articles, conference presentations, and professional trainings. He is a keynote speaker on trends in the field of employee assistance programs (EAP). Earlier in his 25-year career, he held director-level positions in corporate research and consulting at Optum and at Watson Wyatt Worldwide. He earned a PhD in psychology (social specialty) from the University of Minnesota, and both MA and BA degrees in communication.
